I regret being unable to celebrate your anniversary with you last week, but thanks to your efforts, I was in London working! I feel well and confident with the work you all did. I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for your services. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure that my every question or concern was satisfied; Wanda, Ulysses, Melissa, well all of you did an exceptional job.
